  9. E-Codes:    1) 1 = Continue codes if in boat, 2 = Continue if NOT in boat.
  10.                                                                 2)  1 = Continue codes if camping, 2 = Continue if NOT camping.
  11.                                                                 3)  1 = Set boat status to IN BOAT,
  12.                         2 = Set boat status to NOT IN BOAT.
